"Amor Vincit Omnia (Love Conquers All)" is a short story originally published in the digital anthology "The Seven Deadly Sins", published by Mighty Words in 2000. "Amor Vincit Omnia" appeared in the chapter called Greed. It was only ever available from Mighty Words, and has been unavailable since that company ceased operations. This is a short medieval romance. There were no editorial guidelines other than a word count limit and the necessity of picking a sin. I decided to play a bit with convention, and set my novella in Venice in 1205. There are a couple of other unusual elements, but don't worry - it has an H.E.A. |
