There are pretty new hardcover editions of The Champions of St. Euphemia series of medieval romances! They’re available first at Kickstarter, with some fun swag, through the end of July 2025. They’ll subsequently will be available in my online store after February 2026.

All five books have new covers for these editions. This is a mock-up of the hardcovers with dust jackets. There is a hardcover, a trade paperback and a special edition ebook.
The hardcovers have a different image on the case laminate, without type.

The trade paperbacks have duplexed covers, with the couple illustration from the current edition printed on the inside of the cover.
One of the additions to the series is a map by Sarah Waites of The Illustrated Page, which I’m very excited about. (I love maps.)

The print books have new interiors, with backgrounds on the chapter headers and the date pages. Here’s a sample from The Crusader’s Bride.

All of the books have that new map printed as a double-page spread (or included as an illustration in the ebooks.)

Among the digital rewards is a reader companion, which is an ebook. It includes many references to the series:
• an overview of the series
• a chronology of the series
• a synopsis for each book
• a character list for each book
• two family trees for each book (ten in total)
• a brief history of the Knights Templar
• a list of historical figures mentioned in the series with a short bio for each one
You can pre-order the ebook of The Reader Companion from my online store for delivery in February 2026.

These editions will not be available at retailers. You can pre-order the books in my online store, Hazel & Honeysuckle Press, for February 2026 delivery.
