Stocking the Store

I’m currently adding some inventory to the Store here on the website. It’s now possible to host this all in one place, which makes it much simpler.

Today, you’ll find two big boxed sets in the store: The Champions of St. Euphemia Boxed Set and The True Love Brides Boxed Set.

Both of these bundles include all of the books in the respective series. Both of them are priced that you get one book free when you buy the bundle. These bundles are available exclusively from me.

The buy buttons will take you to PayPal. Once you’ve paid for your ebook, you’ll be redirected to BookFunnel where you can download your ebook in ePUB or MOBI. BookFunnel has terrific support and will ensure that you get your ebook onto your reading device of choice.

I’ll be adding a page with signed print books and will let you know when that’s done.

Updated Family Trees for Ravensmuir and Inverfyre

I’m so happy that these updates are finally done. 🙂

The family trees for Ravensmuir and for Inverfyre have been updated to reflect events through the end of The Runaway Bride. That includes Ross and Aiofe’s marriage, but also a number of additional children, and takes us to 1434.

There’s a new (third) family tree for this family in the works, which features the Armstrong line at Inverfyre. I needed it to have room for the Hawk’s grandchildren. It should be done in the next week or so, but right now, you can download the updates to the first two Ravensmuir family trees.

Medieval Romances in Wide Distribution Again

I’ve spent the weekend republishing my medieval romances at all portals, and rebuilding the links here on the website. The series data is still populating at some portals, but the books are there.

I did my usual metadata check – this is a good opportunity to confirm BISAC categories, keywords, and add any missing ones, plus update the formatting on the book description if necessary. I also double-checked the pricing in all territories to make it more consistent across all portals. It’s kind of interesting because the price of each book converts to other currencies when you first publish it. Over time, there ends up being a lot of variation, since currencies change value against each other. Each portal lets you over-ride the conversion and manually set prices in a certain number of territories (13 at Amazon, 16 at Kobo, 51 at Apple, many at GooglePlay) so I updated that this time. Each portal has different parameters and rules about pricing, though, so it ends up being a bit of a jigsaw puzzle. You should find that my full-length romances are $4.99US, $6.49CA, $6.49AU, £3.49 and EU4.49 at all portals.

It turned out to be a less-than-ideal time to be doing this, since it was a holiday weekend both here and in the US. Servers were slow and there was no tech support when issues cropped up, but it’s DONE. 🙂

I also made some pricing changes at Ingrams, which should make it easier for your local bookstore to stock or order trade paperback copies of my books.
