Kinfairlie Knights, a digital bundle of three medieval Scottish first-in-series romances by Claire Delacroix

Welcome to Kinfairlie and Ravensmuir! Claire Delacroix’s fictional medieval Scottish estate of Kinfairlie and its sister holding of Ravensmuir are the location for many of her bestselling medieval romances. Included in this digital bundle are three first-in-series medieval Scottish romances: The Rogue, The Beauty Bride, and The Renegade’s Heart.

In The Rogue—book #1 of the Rogues of Ravensmuir trilogy—Ysabella’s estranged husband returns to beg for her help. Does she dare to trust Merlyn again, knowing that he stirs her passion as easily as he hides his truth?

In The Beauty Bride—book #1 of the Jewels of Kinfairlie series—Madelyn flees her arranged marriage to a notorious outlaw, only to be pursued, wooed and seduced by Rhys FitzHenry. Can she save him from the legacy of his own past?

In The Renegade’s Heart—book #1 of the True Love Brides series—Isabella is intrigued by the bold knight who makes accusations against her own brother. When she follows Murdoch to discover the truth, she finds herself enraptured by his touch and determined to defend his cause. Can her love save Murdoch from his curse and see justice served, too?

Come to Kinfairlie, for adventure and romance, passion and pageantry, and loves that will endure for all time.

Yesterday, I had a BookBub Featured Deal for One Knight Enchanted, the series starter for Rogues & Angels. It’s 99cents through the middle of March. Since it’s been on sale before, and has had a BBFD before, I thought it might make sense to try a different category. This time, it went out in Paranormal Romance – last time, it went out in Historical Romance. Results are always lower the second time, but I’m pleased. Let’s have a look.

One Knight Enchanted, #1 of the Rogues & Angels series of medieval romances by Claire Delacroix

Cursed to take the form of the wolf by day, Rolfe de Viandin is skeptical that love can save him. All he wants is to return home from crusade by the Yule and even the pleasures of a magical palace cannot console him…until a beautiful and bold maiden arrives at his gates, seeking sanctuary, and Rolfe’s hope is restored.

Hunted in the forest, Annelise de Sayerne has to surrender her desire to wed for love, as the price of entering the only refuge is marriage to its enigmatic lord. She fears he must be a monster, but once she experiences his kindness, Annelise resolves to find love with her new husband—if she can just claim his heart.

Even as Rolfe is beguiled by his bride and Annelise unravels his secrets, a spurned suitor pursues Annelise, determined to claim her legacy at any price. If Rolfe’s curse is not broken, how can he defend his beloved wife from the villain? Will their future be lost before it is truly won—or will Rolfe be convinced of the power of love in time?

“One Knight Enchanted is a revised book and is the start of a new series Rogues & Angels. The series will be about knights returning to their homes from years at the Crusade. Before they all left on their journey, each was given a special gift that’s supposed to help…in the future to come. Book one is the story of Rolfe de Viandin… along with the misfortune that he encounters. Lady Annelise de Sayerne stumbles across Rolfe de Viandin on her trip to a convent in hope of avoiding a forced marriage… This book supplies romance, laughter and adventure. If you like “fairytale” stories then this is a great beginning of a delightful series to come! Five stars!”

YOLO with KOBO Plus Romance Binge one-day multi-author event February 7, 2025

KOBO Plus is a subscription program, much like Kindle Unlimited – you pay a flat monthly fee when you subscribe and can read as much as you want. The big difference on my end is that books don’t have to be exclusive to KOBO to be enrolled in the program, which makes it win-win.

The Champions of St. Euphemia Boxed Set including all five medieval romances in the series by Claire Delacroix

This promotion features a lot (over 400) romances that are enrolled in KOBO Plus right now. Although the promotion is inspired by the BookWorms promo, in this case, the books are enrolled in KOBO Plus for more than one day. That said, it’s a great way for you to discover new authors, new series and new reads, and KOBO has their own landing page in support of that.

You’ll find The Champions of St. Euphemia bundle on the historical romance landing page.

New Bookmarks for my Time Travel Romances

Posted on January 31, 2025 by Deborah Cooke

I’ve added a new bookmark for my time travel and magical romances for backers of my Kickstarter campaign!

luxe bookmark available to backers of the Love Potion #9 Kickstarter campaign

On the front of the bookmark, the stars and my name will be in silver foil. On the reverse side, the titles of the four books, the stars and the type below the books will be in foil.

Backers of the trade paperback copy of Love Potion #9 will get a bookmark mailed to them along with their signed bookplate. Backers of tiers including all four trade paperbacks will get two bookmarks along with their signed bookplates.

This current Kickstarter campaign features the new edition of Love Potion #9, and you can also order the new ebook or trade paperback of Once Upon a Kiss, The Moonstone and The Last Highlander. The new editions are available for pre-order at retailers for October delivery, but backers of the campaign will get their copies early.

In addition, each book ordered through the campaign has a coordinating tip sheet, which will be added to the front of the book, and a bookplate – the books will ship directly from the printer, and I’ll sign and mail the bookplates separately.

Here’s a digital mock-up of the tipsheet and bookplate for Love Potion #9:
